Questions

When do I need to order my wreaths to ensure that it arrives for the holiday season?
It is best to place your order in October or November since wreaths are one of the first holiday decorations of the Christmas season.

When is the latest I can ship?
Our suggestion is to ship right before Thanksgiving for colder states like Washington D.C. and early to mid December for warmer states like Florida. Our LAST DAY we will ship via UPS Ground this holiday season is Tuesday, December 18th. Orders must be received before noon EST on Monday, December 17th. To ship at a later date, please contact us directly. Premium rates apply.

Where is My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an e-mail with your tracking number. From there you can track your shipment by visiting www.UPS.com and using your tracking number to track your shipment. If you did not receive the e-mail or are having problems using the UPS website, please call us toll-free at 1-802-673-6794 and we will be happy to assist you.

When Will My Wreath Arrive?
When placing your order online, there is an area during checkout that allows you to specify the delivery date for each recipient. You can select an exact arrival date for expedited orders and an approximate arrival date for ground shipments. This feature allows you to select shipping dates in advance and get your Christmas shopping done early!

How Big are Your Christmas Wreaths?
The diameter of our Christmas wreaths measure approximately 24 inches, the perfect size for an exterior or interior three-foot-wide door. Total finished weight of the Christmas wreaths will be between six and seven pounds. Our Christmas wreaths are very full with a three dimensional quality that makes them attractive from all angles. They are thicker and fuller than most Christmas wreaths you see on the market.

How Long Will the Christmas Wreath Last?
Regional climates make the biggest difference on how long your wreath will last. In colder climates or northern states, the Christmas wreath will last through February. In southern dry climates or southern states, the Christmas wreath will last through the middle of January. Always try to place your wreath outside and out of direct sunlight. If you place your wreath inside it will last about 3 weeks. Word of advice for a long lasting wreath in warmer climates: spray mist the wreath with water every day.

How Do I Hang My Christmas Wreath?
The wire loop on the back of the wreath will support the wreath on a nail or screw on your door or side of your house. Any wreath hanger can be used if you don’t want or can’t put a nail or screw in your door. Our double sided wreath will not scratch your door, unlike most one sided wreaths on the market that have the wire ring exposed and can damage the paint on your door.

Is There a Care Tag Included?
We provide care information for both our Christmas wreaths and centerpieces. The information about how to care for your Christmas wreath is included in every box that is shipped. We attach a care card to each centerpiece that we make. Care tags make it easy for the recipient to understand how they should take care of their gift.

Will My Wreath Look Like the Picture?
Even Better!! All Christmas wreaths are inspected for integrity and design qualities before shipping. We will not ship a wreath that we would not hang on our own front door or purchase ourselves. If you are not completely satisfied with your wreath, please contact us. We will make every effort to make it right. We are a family owned business and take pride in the products we make. Quality and customer satisfaction is our priority!!
